"I went to Julie because I wasn't happy with the deep dark circles under my eyes and I wanted to try botox. Julie walked through the different options that were available and I decided on PRP (rather than the filler I had initially wanted). She described benefits and risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare. On my first visit I learned that I was a fainter...as a nurse she recognized the change in my breathing, stopped the procedure, and laid me down to prevent a full on embarrassing faint. We talked and laughed while I reset and we continued on.
